All necessary legal forms for filing and prosecuting applications may be downloaded here and printed out for obtaining the necessary signatures from the applicant, registrant, or pertinent party. Each downloadable form is suited for A4-sized printing.
1.Power of Attorney
A signed Power of Attorney (or General Power of Attorney) is the only document required for filing an application to obtain application No. in the Republic of Korea; this document may be late-filed, i.e., submitted within one month of the official issuance of a Notice to supplement Power. Power documents need not be notarized nor legalized.

Use of a General Power of Attorney is recommended because it can be used for future cases in the name of the same applicant, thus saving the client time and expenses as well as ours. A General Power of Attorney form can cover applications for patents, utility models, trademarks and designs and subsequent proceedings like filing a request for examination and an amendment. However, filing of oppositions and procedures in inter parties trial cases requires a separate Power of Attorney.
