(ⅲ) The Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) (1984)

(ⅳ) The Budapest Treaty on the International Recognition of the Deposit Microorganism for the
Purpose of Patent Procedure (1988)

(ⅴ) The WTO Agreement on Trade related aspect of Intellectual Property Rights; TRIPs
Agreement (1995)
|
(ⅵ) The Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works (1996)
|
(ⅶ) The Strasbourg Agreement Concerning the International Patent Classification
|
(ⅷ) The Nice Agreement Concerning the International Classification of Goods and Services for
the Purposes of Registration of marks.

(ⅸ) Protocol Relating to the Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of
Marks(2003)
